2:00 PM Bridal party gets ready. Hair and makeup artists arrive. Bridal party start getting ready. Relax and enjoy the moments. Vendors arrive for setup

2:15 PM Photographer arrives and begins shooting getting-ready photos

2:30 PM Bride gets into her wedding dress

4:00 PM All wedding party arrives

4:30 PM Guests begin to arrive and sign guest book. Pre-ceremony music starts. May include live music such as violin player.

4:50 PM Forming walk in line.

5:00 PM GRAND ENTRANCE to Ceremony. Bride & Father of the bride

Arrive from mansion to ceremony area in Cinderella carriage or electric car.

5:30 PM Ceremony ends / cocktail hour begins.

Guests take pictures and possible 360 video photobooth during appetizers. Cocktail hour is the kickoff to the reception and should last an hour. During this time, the bar will be open so guests can queue up for a drink; the catering staff will typically also serve hors d'oeuvres, as well as passed drinks, to get guests mingling and in a celebratory mood. This is also a great opportunity to sneak out with your photographer for sunset photos.

6:00 PM Cocktail hour ends / guests are invited into the reception area. Guests are invited to take their seats for dinner in the main dining room.

6:15 PM GRAND ENTRANCE to reception. DJ/MC introduces wedding party

Newlyweds' introduction Once everyone has found their seats, the newlyweds are formally introduced to wedding guests by DJ/MC with possible cold sparks effects.

6:30 PM Speeches / Salad Bread is served

7:30 PM Cake Cutting, parents gather to take photos

7:45 PM First Dances- Cake is served

All guests invited onto the dance floor

10:00 PM BOUQUET AND GARTER TOSS. Time: 10 minutes. However, it's becoming increasingly common to skip these traditions, so if the bouquet and garter tosses aren't quite your style, don't feel compelled to include them in your reception schedule.

10:30 pm Bar Last call

10:50 PM Bar Closed, only Sodas and Water serving

10:55 PM LAST SONG. Time: 5 minutes. Next, it's back to open dancing until the last song, which should be scheduled five minutes before the conclusion of the reception.

11:00 PM Fireworks, and Dimensional Picture. Unique and special photo & video sequence made for the couple including Bride Stride & how you feel.

GRAND EXIT. Time: 5 minutes. If you're planning to depart from the reception in high style, schedule a grand exit as your final farewell. Grab each other's hand and make a dash for your waiting getaway car amid the cheers and well wishes.

11:05 PM Event finishes. Guests give farewells and depart from the venue.

12:00 PM Midnight Breakdown complete
