In 2006, Gladys and John Svadbik purchased the property, transforming the mansion into a captivating event venue surrounded by scenic gardens and fountains. In 2018, they founded Villa Toscana Miami, a venue dedicated to making dreams come true. Over the years, Villa Toscana has hosted more than 500 weddings and events, each meticulously planned to create unforgettable moments. The Svadbiks' mission revolves around making every event the best day of people's lives, ensuring their dream weddings become a reality.
